Whether you are a parent of a student in need of post secondary education support, a teacher with a classroom need, or an individual passionate about making our community a better place for everyone to work, live and grow TAEF is here to help you realize these needs and offer their support.
Our Mission
The mission of the Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation is to enrich and enhance the quality of education in the Thornapple Kellogg School District and to contribute to the evolving needs of our community.
Caring for Our Community
The Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation (TAEF) is seeking nominations for the annual Hometown Hero award. Nominations are for outstanding individuals in the community who exemplify excellence, integrity and commitment.
Nominations must include the nominee’s name, address, phone number and a brief explanation — about 250 words — of why the nominee should be considered our community’s Hometown Hero. Nominators are asked to include their contact information as well.
The information should be sent to: taef@barrycf.org or Annie Halle: 231 S. Broadway, Hastings by the end of April.
The Hometown Hero will be recognized at the annual Hometown Hero Dinner hosted by TAEF in September.
